OSHA  requires employers to have a written hazard communication plan and to provide employees with “right to Know” training about hazardous chemicals at least upon hire. Topics include:

determining chemical hazards; use of Labels and MSDSs; written policy and documentation requirements and preventive strategies using PPE and emergency procedures.
